website. Furthermore, artists remain fully independent--they are
free to raise their prices, lower their prices, or remove their
items from our website. By cutting out the long strings of
middlemen, The Finger Lakes Store allows both consumers and artisans
to get the most out of each and every transaction.

unique Artist Gallery and Gift Shop. Our inventory is full of fine
and functional craft, unique gifts, interior design accessories,

The Finger Lakes Store is
located conveniently in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with offices
in Ithaca, NY, the home of Cornell University and Ithaca College,
and an office in Canandaigua NY, with Kodak, Xerox, and RIT all
within a short distance. We are a simple internet store and family
owned. Our home is just a short distance from three of the lakes
themselves, Cayuga, Seneca, and Canandaigua lake. The company is
owned by partners that were born and raised here in this beautiful
region.

Our little shop here in the
heart of the Finger Lakes has been recognized by local and regional
craftspeople as an outlet for each artist to display and sell their
items without the hassle of maintaining their own site. This
allows us the flexibility to advertise locally and around the

Almost all of our items are
"Made in the Finger Lakes" or surrounding areas, many items in this
collection are original designs by a local artist. Each piece is
also made by the artist in their own studio. This means the artist
has a passion for their piece, putting their heart and soul into its
creation. But the magic does not end there. As a hand-made piece is
used and lived with, it changes. It may be just a small daily
