Shipping & Returns
Here at The Finger Lake Store, our goal is to provide the best
customer service possible. We hope you'll contact us directly, if
you have any special needs, requests, or comments!
Payment Options
Purchases may be made using: Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Debit Cards.
Shipping Information
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. In-stock merchandise
will ship within 3-5 days of receipt of an order unless we notify
you. We will notify you as soon as possible by email of any
out-of-stock items. We will confirm by email once your order has
been shipped.
When items are shipped to more than one address, please place a
separate order for each address.
Rates inside the Continental United States, Rates for merchandise
total to each address:

Returns / Exchanges
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as easy as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be
exchanged or returned for a full refund (less shipping charges)
within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Returned items must be accompanied by the original paperwork.

C.O.D.'s are not accepted.
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours
